The stunning Sienna wants to be a house pet with all her heart, she just needs some training!
Meet Sienna, the gorgeous Tortoiseshell cat with a heart of gold! Despite starting her life in a pile of haybales, Sienna has overcome adversity and is now ready to find her Forever Family. After being rescued and giving birth to her last litter of beautiful kittens, all of whom have found loving homes, Sienna is eager to find a family to call her own.
Her foster family has been working hard with her, and she has shown solid progress toward trusting humans. She really wants to be a housecat! Although when she recently needed some minor medicine that set her back a bit, her vet is confident that she return to her more friendly ways with patience and understanding from her future Forever Family.
Sienna is a more reserved cat who craves the love and affection of her people. Her sweet soul and lovely purr are reserved for those who earn her trust. We expect her to blossom with the right family. We would also consider a foster-to-adopt situation with her, to make sure she has adequate time to settle in.
She’s looking for a quiet home without small children or dogs, where sudden noises and activity are minimal. With a little patience and understanding, Sienna will thrive in a loving and nurturing environment. She is good with cats, and would make a great companion cat for a fully socialized housecat.
Sienna is approximately 3-5 years old, has been spayed, microchipped, and has had age-appropriate vaccines. Thankfully, she tested negative for FeLV/FIV. She is currently on a special diet, which she may or may not need to maintain for life.
