Penelope is a loving tuxie girl looking for her Forever Family! She is very soft and extra sweet, and her foster mom totally adores her.
Foster Mom: “She now meows at me when I stop petting her and purrs and purrs and arches her back to be pet.”
Foster Mom: “She is sooo sweet and sooo soft. I love her… ♡”
Penelope is one of the kittens from the Homer Cat Community we took on this fall. It is a tragic situation where a few unaltered cats got dropped off, and now they are 75+ cats. We are collaborating with the farm to do Trap, Neuter & Return (TNR) with the colony, but all the kittens young enough to be socialized, like Penelope, are removed and socialized. She is more than ready to find her very own home. She is good with other cats.
Foster Mom: “Penelope has turned into a total love. She was terrified when we got her.”
Penelope is spayed and FeLV, FIV and Heartworm negative (good). She has had an FVRCP#1 and been treated for fleas and ear mites. At adoption she will also have a 1-year Rabies vaccine and a microchip. We think she was born in mid-august, 2019.
