Once unsure of people, Hibiscus has blossomed into a sweet, affectionate lap cat.

Hibiscus: March 10, 2020 – Female Kitten

Hibiscus is a stunning and sweet kitten who has learned that people aren’t scary and getting pets and scratches are the best!

Hibiscus: March 13, 2020

Hibiscus is much more outgoing [than Rooibos] and will crawl right up in your lap for love and attention. She does not like to be picked up to be held though. When she wants affection or food she is not afraid or ashamed to ask for it.

Hibiscus: April 8, 2020 – “You gonna sit with me on the couch?”

Hibiscus and her brother, Rooibos, are beautiful, fun-loving, playful kittens were once extremely hand shy but have come a long way. They have some residuals of that today but with the right home, they are very loving kitties!

Hibiscus (top) and Rooibos (bottom): March 11, 2020 – “Relax while I massage your back.”

If you are interested in seeing many more photos and videos of Hibiscus and Rooibos, you can find them on Facebook at Tails from the Foster Kittens.

Hibiscus (front) and Rooibos (back): April 1, 2020 – Time for a nap.

Both of them LOVE to play and wrestle. I have a fishing pole-type toy that they both dive after with abandon. Rooibos goofy side comes out when he is playing, and I can see it when I scratch his back end just right, so I know whoever gives him the chance to blossom is going to end up with an extremely affection and goofy kitty.

Hibiscus (left) and Rooibos (right): March 27, 2020 – “Is this where she keeps the treats?”

Rooibos and his sister Hibiscus are a bonded pair and must be adopted together.

Hibiscus: March 26, 2020 – Lap time!

Hibiscus does not seem to enjoy being held but definitely loves to crawl onto your lap for affection and rub her face on yours. She’s such a love!

Hibiscus: April 4, 2020 – “You can’t find me!”

They are ready for their newest adventure and hope to find someone willing to take them home!

Foster mom
