A sweet, purr monster that melts for belly rubs seeks a quiet home.

Skylla: January 15, 2020 – Female Kitten

Adorable little munchkin-faced kitty seeks a forever home. This sweet girl came to me completely terrified of humans. She would plaster herself against the wall, as far away from me as she could. With a lot of time, love, and patience, she has blossomed into a sweet, purr monster that melts for belly rubs. Skylla loves having her belly rubbed and will purr and knead the air. She is still very easily startled. She flees when there is a sudden movement or loud noise, but she comes running right back for more loves.

Skylla needs a quiet home, where she has a place that she feels safe (she loves her cat tree). It will take her some time to come out of her shell in a new environment, but with patience and love, I am confident that she will blossom into a loving lap cat.

New Video! February 8, 2020

Skylla: February 8, 2020 – She is petite! Cameo by Tiresias!

Skylla: January 15, 2020 – She has learned that humans are pretty nifty!

It would be best for Skylla to have a kitty buddy. She would be great with Poem or any of the other Homer kittens.

Skylla: January 15, 2020 – In her cat tree
Skylla: October 7, 2020 – 2 days after rescue. She hasn’t figured out humans are cool yet.

Skylla has been tested negative (good) for FeLV, FIV, and Heartworm. She has received a 1yr Rabies and an FVRCP#1 vaccine, as well as a microchip. She has been treated for fleas and ear mites. Skylla has been spayed and we believe she was born in early May 2019.

If you are interested in meeting Skylla (and maybe her buddy Poem plus some other Homer Kittens) and adding her to your Forever Family, please fill out an Adoption Application below.
